Perhaps this is an age thing... during AGM this year I remembered a number game from school. The idea was to take the names of two of your friends (or enemies) and write them down with the word LOVES. For example:
Next you count up all the L's, O's, V's, etc. in both names:
Giving the "total" 01021. Now for the science bit... concentrate! Add together the pairs of digits to give a new number. Repeat until you get a two figure number. This is the "how much love" percentage:

There was also a version where you counted through the letters of the word FLAMES. Where you "landed" gave you extra information about your destiny...
